Management Graduate Program has started to admit students since 2017-2018 academic year. Master’s program non-thesis is conducted as formal education.
Objectives and Qualifications
Upon the successful completion of this program, students will be able to have knowledge about functions of business and questioning them about productivity and effectiveness; identify the problems about functions of business and studying to solve them within research methods; get the capability of suitable leadership to coordinate the activities related to functions of business; conduct investment and research projects with internal and external shareholders ;provide interaction and communication with internal and external shareholders; conduct strategic management within business environment; observe the psychology of employees and guiding them in order to get sustainable competition capability; design the activities of business with regards to external and internal shareholders’ precisions; have knowledge about psychological and sociological predictors of entrepreneurship and assessing them with contextual factors; prepare balance sheet and other outputs of business and comparing (benchmark) them with other businesses in sector.
-Admission Requirements
As ALES (Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam) and foreign language scores are not required for the non- thesis master’s program, the evaluations are made according to the highest grade according to the grade point average (GPA). In case of equality in ranking, priority is given to the student whose graduation date is the closest.
-Graduation Requirements
The program consists of a total of 30 credits with a minimum of ten courses and a term project course, not less than 60 ECTS credits. Completion period of the program is at least two semesters, maximum three semesters. Students who have successfully completed credit courses and term project are awarded with a non-thesis master’s degree.
